Gandhi Peace Prize
- महात्मा गांधी यांच्या १२५व्या जन्म शताब्दीनिमित्त भारत सरकारने १९९५ सालापासून गांधी शांती पुरस्कार देण्यात येतो.
- हा वार्षिक पुरस्कारात एक करोड रुपये किंवा तत्सम विदेशी मुद्रा बरोबर प्रशस्ति पत्र दिले जाते.
- या पुरस्कारची निवड समितीत पाच व्यक्ति म्हणजेच, भारतीय पंतप्रधान (अध्यक्ष), लोकसभा विपक्ष नेता, भारतीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश व इतर दोन प्रख्यात व्यक्तिंचा समावेश आहे.
